Our company supplied agricultural equipment to the Democratic Republic of Timor-Leste in 2021 under the Grant Aid project “Project for Improving Farmers’ Income through Strengthening Domestic Rice Production” of the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA).

Under this project, our company provided a Rice Moisture Meter, a Leister (heat processing equipment), a Laboratory Rice Milling Machine, and a Laboratory Rice Husker, among other agricultural equipment.

This project was implemented with the aim of increasing farmers’ household income through strengthening domestic rice production. In particular, improving the government’s rice procurement and distribution system had been identified as a key challenge.

The introduction of this equipment is expected to promote improvements in the government’s rice procurement and distribution system, enhance the quality and stable supply of domestically produced rice, and ultimately contribute to increasing farmers’ household income.

Our company will continue to contribute to solving challenges in the agricultural sector and to the realization of a sustainable society through international cooperation projects.
