Sales Department

Responsible for managing the full process from participation in international development tenders to contract award and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

■ Tender Participation and Procurement

  • Negotiate prices and obtain quotations from manufacturers and logistics providers
  • Prepare and submit tender documents
  • Review specifications and coordinate technical and commercial conditions

■ Project Management and Trade Operations (Post-Award)

  • Place orders with manufacturers and manage delivery schedules
  • Prepare export and shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading
  • Coordinate transportation and manage logistics operations
  • Manage payments and receivables

■ Delivery and Implementation Support

  • Oversee on-site delivery and monitor project progress
  • Provide operational instructions and training after installation
  • Coordinate with manufacturers, local agents, and clients
Position International Sales
Employment Type Full-time
Probationary period 3 months (same employment conditions apply during the probationary period)
Location 704 Grand Maison Nihonbashi Horidome, 2-3-3 Nihonbashi Horidome-cho, Chuo-ku, Tokyo 103-0012, Japan
Salary Monthly salary starting at JPY 250,000, plus allowances and biannual bonuses
Salary will be determined based on skills, experience, and qualifications.

Bonus Twice per year (summer and winter)
Working Hours 7.5 working hours per day (1-hour break), with a flexible working hours system and core hours from 11:00AM to 3:00PM
Holidays and Leave 120 days per year including weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and Japanese public holidays
Paid Leave 10 days granted after six months of employment
