Our company procured oil spill response equipment in 2020 under a project of the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) titled “Equipment for the Advisor on Oil Spill Response Capacity Enhancement in Sri Lanka.”

This project was implemented with the aim of strengthening oil spill response capabilities in Sri Lanka, and involved the procurement and transportation of equipment necessary for project activities.

Under this project, our company supplied oil spill response equipment such as oil absorbents and protective clothing for oil spill response operations, among others. These materials contribute to rapid response in the event of oil spill incidents and help prevent the spread of damage.

The introduction of this equipment is expected to enhance Sri Lanka’s oil spill response system and contribute to the protection of the marine environment and the safety of coastal areas.

Our company will continue to contribute to solving challenges in environmental protection and disaster prevention, as well as to the realization of a sustainable society through international cooperation projects.
